From the Finnish roof sauna you can see where you’ve been during the day. It is hot. The air is dry. Here you can review the best moments of the day – the tricky moments on the trail, the freeride in the deep snow. Always infuse at the end of the sauna session to make the most of the health aspect.
The infrared sauna is mega underestimated. Not only is it mild, but it reaches your deep muscles. The colour play is hottest shit, the salesman said.
